We style each food station in the venue or outdoor garden space, each featuring a different cuisine and attended by one of our professional Chefs giving the food experience a personal touch. Food stations are definitely a more modern and fun alternative to the usual buffet.

Gourmet BBQ Station

Presented straight from the BBQ, garnished with fresh garden herbs

• Moroccan spiced Lamb cutlets with tahini yogurt & smoked baba ghanoush dippers
• Grilled Bratwurst, sauerkraut, onions & mustard served in mini hotdog rolls
• Roasted pumpkin, kale & caramelized onion cous cous salad

Sliders Station – Grilled to Order

• Classic Cheese Burger slider with beef, cheese, onion, pickle, burger sauce house made bun
• Pulled Pork, chipotle BBQ sauce, apple slaw, sesame seed slider bun
• Beer Batter whiting, cos lettuce, tartar sauce

Seafood Station – Fresh Seafood Cooked to Order

Presented in standing cones on station table surrounded with condiments & garnish

• Beer battered whiting fillets, fat chips served with tartar sauce, fresh lemon & pickled onions, vinegar bottles, sea salt
• Fresh Shucked oysters, Natural lemon, lime & Tabasco or Champagne vinegar shallot & chives condiments

Taste of Asia Station – Live Wok & Charcoal Satay’s

• Char Sui Pork noddles with vegetables & condiments – two varieties of noodles
