When Greece met Spain on the River Swan at Nedlands Yacht Club for their end of season presentation awards it was a function to remember. With the night sky and the city lights in the background and the aroma of mouth-watering food!

Feeding many guests and giving them a choice, a unique food experience and catering for special dietary requirements can sometimes be daunting. However, with our wide range of food stations the chore is deciding which ones to pair together.

When you think Greece, you can taste slow cooked succulent lamb, warm pita bread and fresh salads. Their traditional tzatziki dip, tabouli and fresh herbs compliment their dishes. Celebrating and entertaining is part of their tradition. As so is Spain.

Paella is a traditional Spanish dish and the large Paella pans can make large quantities, whilst retaining its intense flavours. Guests had the choice of chicken and chorizo or seafood, both gluten-free and served on eco-friendly plates and utensils.

New to our food station menu is our vegan paella, Paella de Verduras, which offers an alternative for vegans and vegetarians and it is also gluten-free.
