The Griffin family have successfully managed restaurants and catering companies in Perth since 1985. The Griffin brothers are excited to reveal their new menu and unique food experiences at Chalet Healy Café.
Paul Griffin, Executive Chef’s training is in French, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. Paul lived in France and became passionate about creating local delicacies. He has also worked in London as a chef and travelled extensively throughout South East Asia.
Renowned for his boutique-gourmet style, this year’s menu creations incorporate European and Asian influences with a modern Australian twist. Paul and his team will be showcasing the fresh, seasonal menu along with daily made in-house patisseries for the Roundhouse coffee shop.
