Grazing Table & BBQ Wedding Catering

Gourmet BBQ wedding catering has become increasingly popular especially for couples getting married in the summer.  This style of catering offers a more casual, interactive food experience.

Congratulations to Nick & Natalia who celebrated their wedding this month at Brookleigh Estate, a French chateau inspired venue.  The bride and groom chose a grazing table, gourmet BBQ and dessert station style catering.  The venue looked stunning with a rustic theme throughout using wooden boxes and old suitcases for styling.

The gourmet BBQ was cooked fresh in front of guests and then served share style central to the tables alongside salad bowls. Their main course was followed by a lavish dessert station, where the wedding cake was also displayed.
