We love grazing tables, they are ideal for weddings, corporate and private events.  A grazing table illuminates the entertaining space with colour, texture and seductive taste combinations.

Perfect for catering for large groups of people, grazing tables are also a social and interactive way to dine.  This style of feasting dates back to the Medieval period when prestigious people celebrated with an abundant spread of luxurious food.  Today it is a very popular way of sharing food among friends and family.

Grazing Table Tips

Here’s some tips how to create a visual masterpiece of your own.

Tip 1: THEME

Select the type of cuisine you want to display on your grazing table; rustic, Mediterranean, French, Moroccan, Spanish are a few we have created.

Tip 2: SOURCE

Source fresh & seasonal produce that ties in with your theme.  Also, source any props to use including utensils.

Tip 3:  SIZE OF TABLE

Depending on how many guests you wish to cater for choose the size of the table(s) you wish to use.  Make sure there is ample space to roam around the table.

Tip 4: DIFFERENT HEIGHTS

Use props to create different heights and highlight different elements.

Tip 5:  FOOD COMBINATIONS

Place ingredients that work well together and create impressive taste combinations.

Tip 6: COLOUR & TEXTURE
